The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) champions REALTORS® and homeownership in the US, annually commemorating Homeownership Month initiated by Presidents Clinton and Bush. Amid fluctuating pandemic restrictions, our campaign aimed to evoke nostalgia and positive sentiments toward home and homeownership. We curated "timeless moments" framed within various arrangements, fostering a sense of nostalgia and connection. Our campaign debuted with a promotional video setting the thematic tone, encouraging participation through #OwnersandNeighbors. By featuring homeowner stories in promoted assets, we boosted engagement and expanded our database, resulting in over 3 million impressions across platforms, approximately 160,000 video views, a database increase of about 28,000, 70,000 interactions with policymakers, and over 340,000 social engagements.
